The Epson R1800 when printing B/W produce a color cast. I am looking for a software that will allow me to do B/W printing. I saw somewhere, I forgot where it was that Bibble Pro will do a good job producing B/W photos. Anyone who has used Bibble Pro can shed some light on this subject? Thanks!

Image Specialists, Mediastreet, and Lyson. All three make quality inks for the ip4200. The original cartridge could be refilled. Refillable cartridges are also available for this printer. You have to reuse the Canon chips.

Epson ink does not dry as quickly on HP paper. These 2 printers work differently, one uses heat to dispense ink on paper, the other uses vibration from the print nozzle. HP inks from HP printer drys faster. This is why Epson ink will not work on HP paper.

Glenn, Here is a link I find very helpful about how to use the ICC profiles. Turning the color management off is also an important part to useing the ICC profiles. In your case, you probably have to make your own profiles. easyrefill

This is normal for some of the third party chip. The chip works. But the printer software says the cartridge is not from Epson.
