Syringes & Needles : Legalities Question

i looked on ebay and they still have listings for inkjet filler needles.

also the filler needles the sharps are larger diameter and do not have the sharpened point like the medical ones have.

i looked at their rules and it did not list inkjet kits and fillers.

of course i am in the usa and using the usa ebay so the laws are different from the uk

When I checked into the whole thing I was able to clarify that:

a) eBay had a problem with sharp needles
b) they had no legal basis for this
c) they didn't care
d) they also didn't apply the rule consistently.

In short, it was eBay policy and about as wishy washy as ever... You can bet the same approach goes on with the North American site too..
