Like RogerB, I think it is a problem with the color management settings in the printer driver, as all nozzles seem to work well and nothing is clogged. However: using the latest printer driver in OS X should disable double profiling when combined with PS, which is a great advantage of the OS X driver handling.

On a mac, when you turn on color management in your print program (photoshop), it automatically turns of driver color management and disables color management options in the user interface.
