Today I had a chat with an Epson-Technician. Epson Print layout ALWAYS transforms the colors, it can NOT be used to print icc-targets. The null transformation with selecting SRGB as output-profile does not work. I was recommended to use Adobe Color Print Utility instead.

they added the Canon Lide 300 scanner as a cheap source for a scanner working together with Print Prism

At home I use a Canon GX6050. Does this printer use the same scanner like the G600 series? If the GX6050 would work with Print Prism I will buy it.

OK I can measure a target printed with the profile but can I then finetune the profile withe the measured Delta-E?

So which profiles did you buy? Using another inkset on the 8550 makes the profiles Keith Cooper did for original 114 inks most probably useless.
