Can this be true: spectro quality printer profiles with this software and a scanner.....???

The scanner of a GX... printer is not supported at this time as I read Mike's comment in his forum

The thing isn't much money and he can't really offer a demo which people could use to produce all the profiles they need. I still wouldn't buy it without confirmation it produces useful profiles.

He ought to provide a few generated profiles for common printers and papers that people can examine and compare with manufacturer provided or their own profiles.

As for scanner calibration I already said I don't think they will vary much. Also given a crap load of measurements which are the product of two unknowns (printer and scanner profiles) it is conceivable that both unknows could be solved for. Maybe that is what is new?
