Hello, I have a retail refill store. I sell the compatible cartridges for Brother, Epson, Canon. The Brother LC 41 cartridges have been giving me some problems. I have had a few customers that say their printer does not recognize the cartridges. Anyone else having issues with these cartridges?

I am a refill retail store. I have sold some brother LC41 Black cartridges over the past few weeks. I had a customer come in to the store today because the cartridge leaked all over the printer. Why would this happen? What can be done to prevent this? Any info would be appreciated.

Yes I have checked out the InkProcess site and talked to Mr. Carlotta personally. I am still doing research and looking for the best option not saying his isnt. I just want to explore everything before I make my decision.
