Hello, I have a retail refill store. I sell the compatible cartridges for Brother, Epson, Canon. The Brother LC 41 cartridges have been giving me some problems. I have had a few customers that say their printer does not recognize the cartridges. Anyone else having issues with these cartridges?

Are you sure it's the Brother LC41 and not maybe the Canon CL-41 that's giving you trouble? The LC41 is merely an inktank with no circuit, chip or printhead, there is nothing electronic for the printer to recognize. The Canon CL-41 is a tri-color sponge cartridge with printhead and circuit. Circuits increasingly fail after the first 3-4 refills. Some circuits need to be reset and some universal reset/testing machines can burn out the resistors during electrical testing/print testing.
