Hi @itsab1989 , not sure what I am doing wrong, but it seems to be restored now:

OK, I am retesting the scanning now and increasing the Delta-E to about 40 so see if I still see those unncessary highlights.

Good that it is working again. The next update should tweak the highlighting and should make it adaptive. Maybe it will be more helpful then. It will be automatically reset to 20 with the update - just so you are not surprised

ok, I tried increasing the Delta-E from 20 to 70 now every few patches to see how the amount of highlighted patches are decreasing:

From my experience with the i1Studio (Colormunki) and the i1Profiler those highly visible offset difference between expected/measured values are totally normal, so we want as few false positives als possible., so now increasing to 80:

At a Delta-E of 80 there is much less false positives to be seen: as long a yellowish patch is seen as a orangy one it is ok for me, as long it is not blue or green, it should be ok. Interesting enough I see the dark bluish patches, which to my eyes has the smallest Delta-E are highlighted as being greater than 80 in Delta-E. I see greater differences in patch colours than those bluish patches (actually: I can hardly see any difference between expected and measured value).

With the latest version beta 21 I can set the Delta-E to 50:

The amount of false positives is now much more acceptable to have visual check very quickly whether or not you have to reread a row.

ok i'm trying my i1pro1 failing at home at work, i cleaned with Isopropylic Alcool the basement white reference and the len of the i1pro1, after 2 calibration errors now it seems to work again, but i can't read a full strip, if i try to save partial, it gives me this error (with argyll cms engine)

i'm using beta 23

and from here i can't go on, i can only close and reopen it

but when i reopened it i switched to chromiq engine and i got this after the screen about i need to calibrate the device

1784529680715.png

no way to go on.
if i click stop and restart the measurement it tells, you need to start calibration, i click on start but it doesn't show you need to press a key (like with argyll cms) and it doesn't seems to enable calibration on device

bringed back the engine to argyll cms (in the beta panel) seems doesn't restore the argyll cms engine, it never tells press any key to calibrate the device, i closed and reopend Chromiq and it appear again, but this time failed again the calibration tests, i suspect a power loss, i tried to switch cable, i will try with the other i1pro1 i have here just to see if it is the device or the power.

@mavtop : Did you use something like this for your i1Pro1:

A direct usb-c to printer cable, or do you use a converter from usb-c to usb 3.0 ?
