Epson ET-3850 color print issue

I have an Epson ET-3850 just a little over a year old. Suddenly it doesn't print red (magenta). I've run the clean programs multiple times. With no improvement. Anyone have a similar issue/recommendation?

What is the status of the ink level ? Did the printer run empty on magenta ?

First run a nozzle check. If you have no magenta, then after the printer sitting a few hours, try another head cleaning. If you still get no magenta then your printhead is either clogs up, or you are not getting the ink to it.
