Since Cyan ink is wicked up by Yellow it indicates that Cyan has leaked. Your probably did not re-seal the Cyan cartridge properly. Check the holl you drilled. Does it show a smooth round edge? The plug may not be flexible enough to re-seal properly if the hole does not have a smooth edge. Another possibility is that you may have refilled too much ink and forced too much ink into the sponged chamber. That will cause the leak until the excessive ink in the sponge all leaked out. It is a common mistake in refilling to overfill and cause ink to leak out of the sponge as soon as the cartridge is installed in the printer.

thanks for your help I am going to refill and give them a try again today. I bought a new cyan and hopefully that works. I haven't given up on the other carts though. thanks
