Open the driver main menu. Go to maintenance. Click on ‘Custom Configuration’ ( bottom tab at right).
On the next menu, ‘Detect paper width’ is the fourth tab from top. It’s ON by default. If you deselect it, every time you want to print, it will ask if you want to ignore the paper width check.
You need to have the Pro10s connected to the computer in order to change custom settings because they’re stored in the memory of the printer.

Artur5, thanks for the tip. Yes, in the end I was able to print on that Canson paper, after I disabled the paper detection and used 13x19 art paper with 30mm boarder size. Just needed to make a layout adjustment in PS to accommodate for that. :ya
