- Choosing an Epson
Hi all,
I started in my fathers darkroom in the -60s with a 6x6cm Zeiss Tessar Superikonta.
I last printed (b/w) in the late -90s with an Epson 13" and a curve tool in the printer driver on an Acorn Archimedes (3 MHz 32 bit ARM) as the only tool. Large size - 2 or 4 prints glued together - was the only way to get good enough resolution and each took 20-30 min.!
With fairly cheap printing - unless one wants top quality - now available I consider starting again ... first with b/w.
