Oh, I don't live in the EU so I don't know which printer would be best for your your needs but you won't have a problem with resetting the ink level; the printer can still be used to print all colors even if the ink levels are empty.
I do not believe that kit will work because it's for a different series of cartridges. Looking at HP's website, I believe this is the the equivalent of the HP 564 series which cannot be reset. If it is the equivalent of the 564 series, you can follow the instructions here...
