Se necesita ayuda: degradación del firmware en HP Designjet T120

Me estoy comunicando para ver si alguien puede ayudarme con un problema que enfrento con mi impresora HP DesignJet T120. Ha sido un caballo de batalla confiable para mis necesidades de impresión, pero estoy encontrando todos desafíos con el firmware actual.

Problema:
El firmware actual de mi HP DesignJet T120 está causando problemas de compatibilidad con los cartuchos de tinta remanufacturados que uso. Creo que degradar el firmware a una versión anterior resolución estos problemas.

I believe downgrading the firmware to a previous version will resolve these issues.
