Hi there everyone,
I have a great workhorse of a printer, a WF 7715 that should be one of the most highly used WF 7715 ever, she's been printing more or less non stop for 8 hours a day for the past 6 months.
However the black foam pad that runs across the body of the printer that captures excess ink (and I imagine splatters and ink from the borderless pictures function) is full of ink. The ink pooled there is almost glistening.
I try once a week to capture the excess ink in this black foam bad with kitchen towels and they come out of there full of ink.
Is there any other solution? I can't find replacement foam pads anywhere in the internet, the kitchen towel process is messy and not perfect at all as I end up getting other parts of the printer dirty. Any ideas?
Many many thanks for the help!
