I got hold of a Colormunki and decided to test using @pharmacist 325-patch target to create a profile for my printer. During the reading, I got the following warnings:

There is at least one patch with an very unexpected response! (DeltaE 105.598898)
There is at least one patch with an very unexpected response! (DeltaE 95.202463)
There is at least one patch with an very unexpected response! (DeltaE 98.273457)
There is at least one patch with an very unexpected response! (DeltaE 98.298110)

During the creating of the profile, I received this:

Warning: Gamut mapping is non-monotonic - may not be very smooth !

How much attention should I pay to these issues? The printer isn't a serious photo printer so I'm not expecting perfection, but if these issues will completely invalidate the value of a profile it would be good to know.

The warning can be safely ignored. That happens from time to time, but I suggest to reread the target again, but this time more slowly. the DeltaE errors are more of an concern to have a proper look at.
