Today I purchased a second Epson Pro 3880 from a lady who's husband passed away recently and was a photographer. It included 5 new and sealed cartridges. I basically paid for the cartridges and got the printer for free, so I think it was a very good deal.
The already installed cartridges were 50-70% full, only the waste ink tank was empty, so resetting this tank gives me the error that it was a non-genuine waste ink tank and the waste level of the tank was disabled. So it is very important to reset when the cartridge has not dropped below 15%.
I tried to reset the cartridges with my resetter and all cartridges were succesfully reset to full with my resetter and I already modified the cartridges' according to José Rodriguez's method, so the cartridges can be refilled.
