I tried it (504 patches: 21 rows of 24 patches), but still no txf-file:

Configuration is OK see patch size + configuration (21x24), but no txf file in the export directory:

There are NO spacers as you can see (removed)....... configuration is OK: 21x24=504 patches, so not sure what is wrong with it
