What is it about this obsession with grey ink, we managed without for years and didn’t need it one little bit, till a cleaver technician taught they could sell more ink if they included it in yet another new cartridge set.:ya

The world won’t end without the Friggin use of grey ink in a photo, B&W or otherwise, we were all once happy with just C,M,Y, it can take up to 5 colours to make Grey, but it’s one of the biggest misconceptions and most misunderstood colours of all...:hu

Next thing you’ll know some brilliant Gobshite with say two steering wheels in a car would prevent more accidents... :confused:

Yes, you beat me to that and it really is that close and there will be less accidents.

BTW, a gray a day is what I keep counting every day

I read somewhere that some airlines have tentatively decided to continue with a human in the cockpit to reassure the passengers. Even though he will not be trained or allowed to touch anything.

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen, this is your drone captain speaking....."

The cartridges now come in three sizes: standard, XL and XXL. The cartridges look like the previous cartridges of the x50 and x70 series, so my guess is that the new XXL cartridge is same size as the old XL cartridges and the standard cartridge contains even less ink than the old standard cartridge.

"It's a shame" as Talk Talk sang in the 80s . . .

Standard = 5.6 mL . . . more plastic than ink inside . . .

Thanks for the info. The standard cartridges of the older x50 and x70 cartridge generations hold a nominal ink amount of 7ml.

Except that is the working hypothesis, at least for Driver Education school training cars. :eek:

Looking at that contraption, I reckon I’d prefer no wheel at all, at least you’d be under no illusions about the final outcome... :eek:
