mikling Uhh,,, the T078 cartridges uses a synthetic dye based ink that is very good; but pigment it is not. Many consumers are led to believe the above erroneous piece of information.
Don't want to go off topic, but just clarify and correct incorrect statements.

Question why you?
There are 39 threads on here over the past three years, most of them knocking their site and only one true input from you.
Your only sin was to corrected an incorrect statement they made, good on you too.
This company may well be going down the pan and are looking for someone else to blame.
Id just ignore their threat and leave it at that.

Mikling: just ignore it. If they must threat people who are telling the truth, then I would suggest them: make your products better and excel. In the end: complete nonsense and lies will not prevail. Good products will attract enthusiastic buyers itself, without a lot of fuzz.
