Is it safe to use a black dye ink alongside my pigment inks ? My black pigment ink keeps clogging my print head. Many thanks. Phil

Yes it is, if you put it in the same cartridge, there are other issues you may have also like the printout won’t be highlighter proof for 1..

My black pigment ink keeps clogging my print head.
Are you using OEM or aftermarket ink?

How often do you print something? Daily? Every few Days / Weeks / Months?

Use a different aftermarket Black ink. Pigment particle size variations may cause clogging.

It could be the CISS.

Use OEM Black ink. It's formulated for the printer and probably has less risk of clogging.
