Epson P800 Skewed prints

My P800 large prints consistently come out with a slight tilt to the left. This only happens with 17" wide paper not with anything smaller. Has anyone experienced this and come up with a successful solution? Thanks!

what happens if you feed some other smaller paper, something like 12 x17" but place it horizontally into the bin, and establish a custom format in the driver. And take an A4 paper ,place it onto each corner of the larger one, align it with an edge and check that the larger paper has been cut correctly.
