Update !!!!

Had another look at the printhead and cartridges before sending it back and I noticed that the vent hole on the cyan still had a bit of clear polythene over it. I removed this and check all the other cartridges to make sure their vent holes were not blocked and yes !!!!!!! a perfect nozzle check

Maybe I was doing the company who supplied the printhead a disservice time will tell but for now all is well

As our illustrious and sometimes pithy Moderator @The Hat has said on numerous occasions, the cartridge should be the first suspect when there is missing ink on the print out.
