Thoughts on OrcaSlicer for 3D Printing?

Come on @The Hat - can I not persuade you to dump that ancient Slicer

These new machines I’ve got won’t work with CURA anymore, so I switched to Creality Print 5.3 and it then failed on me, so I had to use Creality Print 7.2..

The fact that it works for me is all that matters, and am I happy with it.. HELL NO, but I can’t afford to look a gift horse in the mouth when I had a load of prints to make, I’ve had to tone it down quite a bit and now it runs at a speed I’m comfortable with.. let’s hope this Slicer doesn’t bugger up the way the other Creality Print 5 did..

Again it was all thanks to @Redbrickman for getting me out of the hole.. I’m a lazy Auld sod that doesn’t like changes..

P.S. it works with LAN and it can send prints to the printer directly, which I’ll never use, Feck that.. I’ll stick with USB..
