I have filled and resetted (blue resetter) OEM 520/1 Carts after some time I inspected the carts and were half full but the Ink monitor still shows them as full Q: is this normal please ?

did you try reinstalling the drivers ? or maybe try the latest driver for win 7 I cannot think of any thing else but it's definitly a driver problem and not a windows 7 issue
