I wonder if previous owner of the printer knew about issues.
Unless the B200 error happened when the owner was not there and then cleared before he noticed the printer was not functioning then, yes, the owner knew about it.

The B200 error can come and go but sooner or later seems to end badly.

The B200 error often results in a permanent print head malfunction, possibly showing the two-toned nozzle check swaths, often resolved with a new print head.

Not sure about Magenta in CO.
It seems this happens after cleaning, maybe this is coming from old paint stocked around print nozzles. Used clean and clear sheet of plain paper.

Thank you for the information.
It seems I have to return printer.
Do not believe seller will be keen to provide new head.

Send back the machine. If I'm proven wrong, I'll refund you'.
Have you got any idea how Feckin heavy this beast is, half the weight again of your Pro 10.. It’s not something you can put under your arm.. 🚌

The O/P didn’t get an B200 error only a poor nozzle check, and a B200 error don’t come when you have the same issue he has with the Grey blocks.. The B200 is totally erroneous and unpredictable..

As I said the B200 error is erroneous and can pop up anything this printer feels under threat, and I reckon this happened when the previous owner was still new to it..

Then again I could be wrong..
P.S. How else could he have gotten a hold of an EPROM print out..

There must have been B200 in the past, relatively recently. The error is stored in EEPROM memory, but it is not an active error right now.

Yes it is stored in the EPROM, but if you look at the printout again, it happened way back when the printer was new, so not recent..

Question:- How did you get the print out.. ? ?

Not sure what you mean. I don't know when the EEPROM was printed - now or when OP set up the printer. Are you inferring that OP could not enter EEPROM due to his current print head issue?

The B200 error happened at least one time. There is no reason for the B200 error to be related to OP's current electrical malfunction OR it may have been the harbinger of doom.

I don't know if the error numbering system means ER1 occurred before or after ER2. Maybe there have been other B200 errors that have fallen off the counter because subsequent newer errors occurred - the memory can only hold so many error counts. If the B200 error was recent then it could have spooked the seller to sell the printer.
