Epson P800, been using it for many prints just fine...but this problem, which I *thini* I've solved before, keep cropping up: I put it into landscape on the page layout tab, make my selections on the main tab, then go to "user defined" for paper sizing (I'm using 25x17 paper). My user defined options are limited to a width of 17" and pretty much as much height as I want. I cannot find where to change this...it needs to be opposite! To clarify more, it's the "user defined" page; aspect ratio is "not specify" and the "paper width" box and "paper height" boxes are in a portrait orientation, not landscape like I want!

Win 10 newest, and the "standard" Epson driver...I got it to work so <shrug> maybe that's how it's supposed to look! It's printing fine now, both landscape and portrait.

What did you do to get it to work? It might help someone else in the future.

Well, I *still* didn't get it to look right, so I suppose that (the "width v height dialogue") is just how it's supposed to look..even though I've been printing for years, it's only now becoming something I will do regularly. I'm a carpenter by trade, but there are things I know perfectly well how to do, that I have to "relearn" because of long periods of hibernation...Photoshop is like that too for me, lol...so thanks for the help, I'm sure I'll be stumped again!
