Yellow not flowing in CL-811

Yellow ink does not seem to be flowing. I have tried cleaning and deep cleaning 2 or 3 times each. Please see the Nozzle check. What could be the problem? Can it be airlock? There is enough ink inside the cartridge and the original cart has been refilled.

You seem to be having a lot of trouble refilling these cartridges,
so may I suggest you go the compatible route instead and forgo refilling the OEMs..

The PG-810 and CLI-811 cartridges are similar in design to the HP 56/57 family of cartridges. An airlock can block inkflow in these sponge type cartridges. A priming tool designed to remove air from these cartridges can sometimes help. The PG-510 and CLI-511 are the same cartridges as yours, but intended for use in Europe instead of Asia. Maybe you could have luck and find a priming tool from a supplier in your country ? If you have not already done so, you could also try wiping the contacts on the cartridge and in the cartridge carriage with isopropyl alcohol.

For the HP cartridges it is a good idea never to let them run dry, but keep them topped up by frequent refills. Maybe the same applies to the Canon cartridges ?
