Hi all, I've been trying for ages to get this thing working to no avail. I bought it a few years ago and let it sit in the box unopened after I realized my university offered unlimited free printing (I'm realizing now that this was probably a mistake!). Now with everything being shut down, it would be great to have a working printer at home, but after replacing the original (likely dried out) cartridges, all I get is blank pages, though the printer "sounds" like it should be printing, and if I poke at the cartridge nozzles, they are wet with ink.
What I've already tried:
It's long out of warranty, so if I need to break it open, I can do that. Thanks in advance for any help!

- Turning it off and turning it on again
- Updating the drivers and firmware (I'm using Windows 10, if that's helpful)
- Running a nozzle check
- Running the head cleaning utility
- Using WIC Reset's ink charge (my black cartridge is now down to 50%--where is it all going??)
