WorkForce WF-2850 won't print all of document on legal bulletin paper

I am trying to print several copies of a legal page on pre-printed bulletin paper. The inside page prints perfectly. When I go to print the outside page, it won't print the whole page and then runs through 3 sheets of paper and says it's out of paper. I have tried to fix this for MANY weeks. I am at my wit's end. Please help. Ardis_K

You know exactly what you want to achieve, but we don’t, so please give more..

The paper is Legal size. 3 columns. I can print the blank side of the page. The other side is pre-printed except for the center column. I can print my document on a blank page, but when I switch to the pre-printed paper, it prints one page, then runs through 3 pages and says I am out of paper.

Still not quite sure what you’re doing and the printer seems to be as confused as I am, so the pre-printed page/pages has image in the centre, the printer then prints one of the pages correctly, and then what ?...
Can you turn off paper detection type and see if that makes a difference..

Does your preprinted page have color on the leading edge or is there some white space? I don’t know how the leading edge is detected.
You can open the printer during printing and watch what happens when.

Thank you. I have turned off the paper detection and it still doesn't help. I am going to try the "borderless" setting next.

There is no white space on the left or right edge (top and bottom of page). I am going to try the borderless setting. Thank you for your reply.
