All of them! LOL
I have purchased 220ml Carts of K3 Vivid and Non Vivid inks for Epson 4800 / 4880 and some of the bigger PRO models for as cheap as $29 and many times with free shipping.
So refilling your carts with OEM inks can be made totally affordable and eliminte all problems encountered with most 3rd party K3 inks.
Imagine being able to refill your 3800 / 3880 / R2400 /R2880 and R3000 for 3rd party prices except with OEM inks.

You can buy 700ml OEM carts for $175 to about $195

Only OCP prices could possibly make me keep me from not using harvested inks from these large carts. Though OCP have some problems with the magenta as reported by Pharmacist here, I've simply replaced their Magentas with OEM Magentas and after reprofiling, everything is good to go.

I've even found four PRO 4880 Vivid magenta 110ml carts for $9 a piece and not expired yet.

Anayway, I was just wondering what other's views would be on this. I apologize to our two resident dealers but I have had to explore all avenues to afford me the best printing quality at the best price.

Do you think this would work the same for the pro9500 by buying Canons large cartridges?

Sadly no youre out of luck Rod with most of the newest Canon printers
because they have made a whole new ink set for each of their A3+ printers.

Besides youll never get out of date Canon Large format cartridges going cheap on eBay
but you can buy them new for dye ink which work out about 30% cheaper than buying their smaller cousins,
which is still nowhere near the price of third party ink..

The Hat, it seems that the K3 line is the easiest one to use with OEM K3.
Recently I obtained a full set of 220ml carts ( all 9 ) and I got it for $148
I got lucky there. Most of the colors can be found individually from $30 to $50 for 220ml. The 700ml carts can vary in price.
here is an example for Yellow K3 700ml

This was always under my nose but I thought it would not be a reasonable practice.
Now I am also crying, but they are happy tears!!! Though I am now still in the middle of using up about 3/4 liter of K3 OCP inks!!! Yikes!

That still seems expensive compared to IS inks but my maths are really bad.

If a full set (8x350ml) is 620$ (buy it now+S/H) you get $.22 / ml. If it's 420$ then it's $.15 / ml. And it's OEM...

Rod, but you have to admit that IS really does not live up to OEM. I too use IS inks and have problems with their gloss! Color is definitely good though.

Tudor, the only inks that can live up to OEM are those by CONE ( inkjetmall ) and they can sell for about $23-$26 per 110ml.

If you buy it in 700 ml carts it's even cheaper.
But you better have the use for so much ink.
