Done numerous cleaning cycle on the printer and reassembled the print head a few times without success.

Can anything be done now to salvage this or has the print head been damaged permanently.
Despite all of your hard work I think its time for a new print head.
Your earlier nozzle check showed signs of possible electrical failure but your latest one sort of confirms that now.

It would be a shame to dump this printer just because of the heads so think awhile before making up your mind on it,
a new printer wont print any better and will cost far more than a replaced head..:)
