Warranty and Instructions for End-Users

I have a retail store and I refill cartridges for End-Users, with the refilled cartridge I include a slip of paper stating that the printer will show the cart. as being empty and how to work around the problem, Plus i TRY to educate the customer on the workings of an ink cartridge.

but no matter what I do, there are customer they call me right away and say the cart. is empty or the cart isnt printing anything or it printed a 1/2 page only, you know the typical problems, then they come back in wanting their money back

My question is what to you hand out with the refilled cartridges and what kind of warranty do you offer????

Money back?
store credit?
nothing?
