Very Strange problem in Epson artisan 835 need your help

I have a strange issue, my printer is artisan 835 and the ink cars are T099#, I did reset for my ink waste Pads buy reset key from http://www.2manuals.com, then after that it was reset but suddenly the printer stopped and restarted and did software reset and it does not recognize all carts and told me insert T080#/T079#, while my carts are T096#, I dont know what happened I think the firmware was reset for another artisan???
is there a possibility to reset firmware for artisan 835 again? or any way to solve this issue

Your machine has been set as an European model now. Either the firmware was updated somehow or a software switch has been tripped. The Euro models uses the 79 and 80 for similar models.
Look carefully at the downloaded software and see if there is a switch somewhere, you might have gone into the wrong area and not realized you ticked off something.

so what i will do now? as the printer does not respond to any thing except change cart

You very likely recieved an Adjustment Program and not simply a waste counter reseter. You should had used the WIC reset tool instead. Did you do ANYTHING other than choose anything other than:
"Maintenance / Consumables Maintenance Counter" ?
You have apparentely reflashed your firmware to basically turn it into an European Version.
This is irreversable! Unless you can reflash it back to the USA version. I would contact the people at http://www.2manuals.com and ask what happened to your printer.

I have the Adjutment Program for the Artisan 725 ( USA ) which worked perfectly and it still accepts the CISS from Precision Colors without a problem.

I get all my Adjustment Programs from sophina111 ( EBAY Seller ) He provides excellent service and post sale support. Plus a lot cheaper than http://www.2manuals.com

I contacted with 2manuals.com team and after 3 hours of connection he told me that the printer reset at ZERO for everything (as brand new), he told me that I need eeprom to be uploaded to the ROM, but he does't have it, any one can help me in this?
also if failed to restore to USA meodel, can any one tell me from where can I get the chip-sets for T080#/T079# for CISS

The same carts To79xx are used on Epson Artisan 1430 in North America. Since you got updated, get the Ver 6.12.

Does this mean that all persons using the 2manuals download will have this issue? Or dd you by accident do something wrong?

Mikling so the OPs problem can be circumvented by simply using T079 carts?
As pissed off as I would have been if that happened to me, at least it is not fatal. But I would also be very curious what was done during the reset as onkly the "Maintenance / Consumables Maintenance Counter" or "Rest Waste ink Counters" should have been the only one used.
As you very well know, Adjustment Programs have to be used with caution and you have better know what you are doing.
Often these tools are sold to the average printer user ( no insult intended ) and sufficient or clear enough instructions are often not provided.
These tools are meant for use by the service techs who supposedly should know more than us.

Yes, the 79s will work BUT he doesn't know if the firmware was totally reloaded or if there was a switch in the software ( or a wrong version emailed to him) but he has a solution with a recommendation to adhere to.
