I would just warn against applying positive pressure into the print head. You can develop hundreds of positive psi with a syringe which can easily damadge it. You are limited to the negative pressure of -14.7 psi which probably won't damage your print head

What do you use for cleaning solution? Window cleaner with ammonia, pharmacist's mixture or something different?

As I cannot find in my area propylene-glycol, glycerin and ammonia, I am limited to a mixture of 75% distilled water and 25% isopropanol (isopropyl alcohol), used warm, at about 50 C (122 F) to 60 C (140 F).

Maybe the key ingredient is patience. It may be much more important than the actual mixture used.

Some have also used sprinkler fluid for cars. It is a water/alcohol mixture with some detergent added. IIRC it has been used with success.

Why dont you use standard washing up-liquid in your mix?

In my search for "Propylene Glycol" I read that the pink RV anifreeze contains this it and water. I found this MSDS for PRESTONE RV ANTIFREEZE:
