Setting Up Canon Pro 10

I just got a Canon Pro 10 which was described as "open box". It came with an extra set of cartridges. When I went to the initial set-up I could see that 1 set of cartridges was already installed. But when I tried to insert the print head the section of the printer that holds the print head and cartridges does not position itself in such a way as I am able to do this. It only moves partially over and not al the way until the middle. Not sure what to do next.

Carry out the same procedure again, but this time when the print head moves, pull the power plug from the wall..

Not sure why you’d want to install carts when there’s a set already in.. ?
