That works on previous firmware, not on 2.031

I’d still try it again, but this time more slowly..
Question:- How are you using firmware 2.031. instead of Version 1.02.. ?

Firmware 1.02 came with older machines from the factory. Mine is was purchased3 years ago and came with newer firmware.

OK, I understand that, but why do you see a need to enter Service More on such a young printer..

That’s understandable too, but I’ve not heard of any Pro 10’s yet needing a reset from waste ink, and in a few years’ time someone will come up with a working service tool by then.

P.S. just remember to practice the use of changing all carts when one goes empty, that will prolong the life of the waste pads...

Hopefully I will never see this error, but as you well know the tools and methods do disappear from the web over time.
