Researching best photo printer that will print up to 8 x 10, and also copy and scan.

My HP Envy Photo 7155 that I bought last year has crashed -warranty was up in Feb. I've been told that Epson or Canon are best. I found an Epson Expression Premium 7100 that looks pretty good. Any opinions out there?

I have a XP-7100. It is a good photo printer with four photoinks. But with expensive OEM inks. I use the bottled inks for ET-77xx in refill cartridges. This works really good with great results and the price is ok.

I am going to order the XP-7100. I'm glad to know about the ink. I appreciate your input VERY much.
