Please help me solve this problem.
WE can try and help but we need some more information, like how many LED lights are flashing and what’s the total print count, but most of all which method did you use to try and enter Service Mode and with which service tool..?

Please post a nozzle check...

Dear Friend,

The LED lights are 7 flashing (both 2 lights).
The total print count, how can i check?
I entered the Service Mode and use the service tool 3400, but it seem doesn't run and it's still like that.

Regards,
Mr Cuong.

If you can get into service mode on your printer, you can then use these instructions, but the printer must be connected by USB cable only..

I suppled you with the information and instructions necessary to enter Service Mode correctly and safely, on the understanding that your printer was capable of doing so, based on the information your posted above.

So now for the bad news, only the older Pro 1 printers can enter Service Mode and all later models have been blocked by the internal firmware from doing so and there is no way around this issue.

You now have two choices, you can either return the printer to a Canon Service agent for them to service and reinitialise the printer for you, costing big money, or toss the printer in the nearest trash bin, and get a Pro 10, at least the inks will work in the Pro 10..Sorry....
