Pro 200 - Need help

An update: Received the printer- The printer looks new to me and there is no way I can find if it is a refurb unit.

Received a return label with the box. Packaged the old one and sent it back to Canon.

Printed a datacolor test image after setting it up and it looks awesome!!

The printer looks new to me

If it came in a brown generic box then it is a refurb. If it came in a typical colorful retail box then it is new.

The test image looks beautiful.

318 pages this printer is really NEW.. Even without a receipt Canon may honor warranty claim. Give them a call what do u have to loose.
