My method 10 seconds.. The dribble method a minute or longer, depending on ability..

Taken into account that when you refill the whole set, most carts are far from empty, and you have only to dribble a few ml's, it doesn't take that much more time. You'll be surprised how fast the ink is absorbed, in particular when you zigzag over the whole sponge (should help to disperse eventual pigment deposits, something I never saw in 6 years).

Everyone has his own little habits ;).

Put the bottle down. You're talking gibberish. Recall who said they used plugs, not dribbling, and direct your post accordingly.

Thanks for the link. I'm perfectly happy with my Maxify. I asked that a link(s) be posted so OTHER forum members interested could learn the technique.

PS As I type this, the great MMA fighter Conor McGregor from Ireland is on tv for a charity that benefits first responders and military that have died while on duty. Good commercial. Way to go Conor!

Careful agreeing with someone who is wrong.

You said you use plugs and don't drip/dribble. The image you posted is not a plug but a clip augmented for refilling.

Is this clip what you use, and, are you able to refill in 9 seconds using it?

You're right. I was thinking clip and I wrote plug.
Nine seconds is a bit of a joke after @The Hat claimed that he does it in 10 seconds. I haven't measured the exact time but possibly it can be done even in five-six seconds. It depends on the amount of ink needed to fill the cartridge. Refilling the whole set when one of them is declared empty, some of the carts need only a 4-5 ml of ink, while others require 10-12 ml.

Epson, Canon, HP... A "few"
The mantra we oft repeat here is thus...

If it's stupid and it works... it ain't stupid

Personally we use a mixture of the clip or force-fill approach (using the Adapted PGI-9/72 clips) for new or completely empty cart fills... and the dribble method for topping up. Occasional dribble filling is handy as well because it helps identify when there's any problems with ink flow (ie: ink doesn't seep in very quickly) and helps keep the whole sponge/outlet moist rather than forcing everything through one small spot.

Your mileage may vary.

today i printed a little again and i noticed these horizontal irregularities again. When you take a quick look at the nozzle control you don't notice any changes.

But when you look at it so much that it doesn't take your eyes off it, I noticed one line in photo black, one in red and one in photo magenta ... cleaning it doesn't work, which is probably a sign of failure of some nozzles ... which I seem to have caused by refilling cartridges ....

From what I can see in your nozzle print, your print head is perfectly fine, however the visual problems in the print provided show signs of cartridge refilling issues, maybe it’s time to think about giving them a very good purge, it’s hard to tell which colour is most effected..
