I'm getting lines on a Nozzle Check on the Cyan print head only. HELP!

I've tried a Deep Cleaning and a Print Head Alignment:

So, I'm asking what should I try next?
I haven't tried a Bottom Plate Cleaning nor a Roller Cleaning.
The Pro-100 is new. I've used up the setup cartridges (well, not all of them) and am on my PC Ink carts. I switched out all 8 carts when one of the Gray carts went empty, so I still have the original OEM Canon setup Cyan cart with a lot of ink in it; I could swap that out. I have a clean toothbrush I could use on the print head (just kidding).

But, here's the thing, when I print a test photo, the PrinterEvaluationImage_V002_ProPhoto.tif, and I check it out with a magnifying glass I can't see any problems. Does that mean that Cyan is only used for business graphics and not for photos? All these test prints are on 20 lbs. copy paper.

Is this a cart problem? Is this a head problem? Is this an ink problem?

What should I try next?

@PalaDolphin, If you can’t see any problems with your test photo, even with a magnifying glass, then don’t look for problems where there ain’t any, try your test again but this time on glossy paper and that should reveal all, the cyan ink is used on all your coloured prints, photos and graphics alike...

Well, after printing several test photographs and my art photographs on photo paper, as opposed to copy paper, I cannot see any problem with lines. I've examined them with a magnifying glass closely and the only flaws I can find are dandruff that magically appears after hovering over them for a while.

Good to see your setup is working as it should... ;)
It could have been worse, it might have been clumps of hair...

True (about the hair).
I just wish I felt more confident.
