Print-head gone rogue. Is it useful to remove it and do a cleaning?

The print-head has gone bad and i am wondering if that is a cleanable or replace item.

If some colors are not coming u remove and use head cleaning solution with the help of tubes to clean the nozzles....
But remember to cover the terminals where the printer cable connects to the head
