There is a YT video which may relate to your problem, it is slightly confusing ; it mentions the timing strip to be cleaned.

Hello

Ink stained Fingers !!!

Thank you so much for your response ,
also i figured out how to buy the manuals off sdott using paypal , last time i had an issue on their website, and shared it on here with you guys - But - it was "My Error", the page while paying on sdott - the page confused me and i was hitting the wrong keys - and YES they "sdott" are Legit and Genuine for printer parts, manuals etc etc ... there's only 2 such companies in the world - "sdott" and "gedat", that one can get parts and service manuals from. And people have spoken Highly of them both.

But unfortunately - for me i cant go down the Self Repair route - i saw the video you mentioned - WOW !!! that was so so so tempting to me - i could rip this machine apart and put it all together and get it Repaired ( i love bringing Dead Machines back to life) - but its time consuming , and also a bit complicated (and now i have four eyes 🥸- so it doesn't really help, as opposed to when i had just 2 Powerful Eyes 👀) - so I thought i'd go to a repair tech and get it done.

but thank you for your responses Much Appreciated !!!!

To solve the error 00101
It could be the printer head has damage
To let u know whether the head is damage . 1. Sometimes the printer head doesn't move at all.. meaning the fuse (F1) on the board has gone off.
2. Sometimes inks get into where the printer cable connects to the head.( Causing cable to burn)
Solution 1. If the fuse has gone off get a thin to restore it by soldering it.
2. Remove the head and turn on the printer and the head case will start
moving..
3. Replace a new head on the printer

Method 2.... Remove any obstacles from the printer....(Like paper jam )
