Photoshop-Elements-Windows Photo Wizard

when i print a 4x6 borderless in windows wizard and elements everything is good, but if i have photoshop open and attempt the same photo, there is a verticle border on the right and left side that i can not get rid of why is this, i print mostly from elements and windows wizard but occasionally i work in photoshop

In the PSE Print dialog window Printer Settings section, click on Change Settings then Advanced Settings. That should bring up the Printer Properties where you should have the option to select borderless printing.
