not recognizing sublimation cartridges

hi, i bought a wf 7710 two weeks ago to sublimate, i set it up with normal Epson ink carts first then pushed the sublimation ink, sorted, a couple of days ago magenta ink was lacking in image. topped up inks magenta and cyan...from then on all it's saying is not recognizing ink cartridges, i,m a newbie, really appreciate your help. have attached pics, thx,
hi, i took the casing off my magenta cartridge and noticed a hole where the arrow is pointing ,i must of done it filling cartridge with syringe ,could this be the problem ? thx

topped up inks magenta and cyan...from then on all it's saying is not recognizing ink cartridges,

I reckon you need to reset the existing cart chips or buy another new set to get going again, the printer obvious doesn’t like the current carts your using..

You may contact the supplier of the cartridges and request either replacement of the defective one or refund for the set.

thx, i have contacted them,waiting for reply, i have ordered new carts from elsewhere as well.
