The B200 error means an electronic printhead damage. Only a new printhead might get the printer working again. But when a Canon print head fails there is a risk that the logic board is also damaged. A logic board damaged this way can damage a new printhead, so replacing the print head is a gamble. Newer Canon service manuals recommend to replace the print head and logic board at the same time.
The print head parts number is QY6-0086 if you want to search the web for one. They are still available from some European distributors, so they are probably also available in the US. I've read on the forum that in the US Canon is probably the best supplier of parts. Beware of print heads from the far East. They are often used and defective print heads cleaned to look like new and packaged in counterfeit foil bags and cardboard boxes.
