New Ink for my Epson 7710 Dye or Pigment? Refill or good 3rd party Cartridges?

I am looking for a cheap and high quality print option for my Epson 7710.
I thought of refill cartridges with Inktec Prigment ink. But since I don't really print a lot, the option with good compatible cartridges wouldn't be bad either.

What can you recommend to me?

If your print volume is low I wouldn't favorize refill; you may try 3rd party cartridges but I'm not aware of a supplier I would specifically recommend - most of those shipped are non-name products from the Far East. You should choose a local supplier you can contact in case of problems.
