MG7550 and MG7150 Printheads - Removable or not?

Hi, everybody!

I'm new here. 'Til now I've been a happy MP600 user. But, after almost 9 years, my faithful printer decided to leave me with the same problem as described here:

So, I'm looking for a replacement. I'm thinking of buying the MG7550 or the MG7150.
(They're called MG7x20 or MG7x30 in other regions.)

And my question is: Do the printheads in the above printers are removable or not?
'Cos I don't want to buy a printer w/ fixed printhead...

But nothing about my preffered choices (and the MG6350's are sold out here in Poland.)

Both printers have, as all Canon Pixma's, removable printheads.
They use 6 inks as the MG6350 and have the same photo quality, same inkset but in new 550/551 cartridges.
These cannot be reset, but you can buy refillable ARC cartridges.

My MG7550 has just arrived and I can confirm that its printhead is removable

To correct my previous post:
The colours of the 550/551 inks are DIFFERENT from the previous series 520/521 and 525/526.
But most 3th party suppliers offer them, also as a starter kit with refillable cartridges with ARC chips.

I bought here (the 525/526), you need the 6 inks 550/551 set:

He does not mention the MG7550, only the 7150 but IMO it is the same ink (check before buying).

Probably same ink as sold by octoink.co.uk but nearer to where you live.

I have only experience with the ink not with the refillable cartridges.
BTW you have to buy those only once, next time it is only 32.90 for 600ml ink (plus 9.50 postage).
