Meitu R180E Hybrid UV Printer (Epson DX5 Heads) HELP!

Hi there guys

I bought this printer that was working on a Windows 7 PC. In transit, the PC was damaged.
I bought another PC and it had Windows 10 on it. However, the printer will not work correctly.

Here is what it does do. . . .

1. Windows 7 drivers do load and allow the PC to see the printer via the Task Bar (bottom right corner)
2. I can change the settings in there and the status of the printer from the PC, including height adjustment and start point.
3. The printer is not available in the Windows "Add a Printer" manager
4. My design software does not see the printer.
5. I can print test patterns from the printer menu panel

Any help please or advice appreciated?

I bought another PC and it had Windows 10 on it. However, the printer will not work correctly.

If your running Win 10, then delete the printer from the computer, now reboot and wait till the O/S sees the printer once again and let Win 10 install the print drivers for you..
This may happen quickly or maybe it take a bit more time but it will recognise the printer and install the drivers.. Patience…
